GSTR3B Late fees capped at Rs 500 pm from July 2017 till July 2020 for all Taxpayers

GST Taxpayers please note that maximum Late Fee for Form GSTR 3B has been capped at Rs. 500 for taxperiod July 2017 to July 2020 subject to returns being filed before 30th September, 2020.

For large taxpayers, the late fee waiver was restricted for Feb to April 20 provided the return was filed before 24-June 2020. Now, Notification 57/2020 covers this class of Taxpayers for May to July 2020 for late fee waiver, provided the return is filed before 30 September 2020 for this period
