If your business turnover in goods exceeds Rs. 40 Lakhs or service income is more than Rs. 20Lakhs during the year is compulsorily required to register under GST and file return on regular basis. In case you are dealing with B2B client you can register it voluntarily under GST. Further following persons are compulsorily required register under GST: 

  1. E commerce operators
  2. Casual taxable person
  3. Non-resident taxable person
  4. Input service distributors
  5. Person who are required to pay GST under reverse charge basis
  6. Person making any interstate taxable supply
  7. Person who are required to deduct TCS under section 51 of CGST act 2017

 

Following is the list of documents required for GST registration of Individual:

1) Passport size photo of the proprietor

2) Aadhaar and Pan card copy of the proprietor (Self attested)

3) Proof of Business like Electricity bill, Telephone bill (Self attested)

4) Cancelled cheque of Bank a/c of proprietor

5) In case the place of business is rented then rent agreement and NOC of owner is required 

6) Registered Mobile and Mail id for Communication

7) Details of Business.

 

Following is the list of documents required for GST registration of company:

1) Passport size photo of both the Directors

2) Aadhaar and Pan Card copy of both the partners (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)

3) Company Pan Card Copy. (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)

4) Certificate of Incorporation of LLP. (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm) 

5) Proof of Business address like Electricity bill. Telephone bill  (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)  

6) Cancelled cheque of Bank a/c of firm 

7) In case the place of business is rented then rent agreement and NOC of owner is required 

8) Registered Mobile and Mail id for Communication will be required provide the same

9) Letter of appointment of Authorized signatory 

 

Following is the list of documents required for GST registration of Firm:

1) Passport size photo of both the partners

2) Aadhaar and Pan Card copy of both the partners (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)

3) Partnership firm Pan Card Copy (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)

4) Certificate of Incorporation of LLP (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm) 

5) Proof of Business address like Electricity bill. Telephone bill  (Self attested by both the partners with stamp of firm)  

6) Cancelled cheque of Bank a/c of firm 

7) As the place of business is in the name of your mother NOC of owner is required (NOC letter attached below sign and send us no requirement of stamp of firm) 

8) Registered Mobile and Mail id for Communication 

9) Letter of appointment of Authorized signatory
