Now No more Corruption in ROC – A central processing for Forms coming at MCA from 6 Feb 2024

Govt ensures to removal of corruption by ROC officers by MCA has established a Central Processing Centre at Manesar which will centrally process and dispose of all e-forms filed by companies all over India. Registrars of Companies will be free from this responsibility. W.e.f 6th Feb, 2024.
