Due Dates of ROC filing for the year 2021-22
Adhering to the compliance proposed by the Indian government is mandatory for entities in India. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is primarily concerned with administration of the Companies Act 2013, the Companies Act 1956, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 & other allied Acts and rules & regulations framed there-under mainly for regulating the functioning of the corporate sector in accordance with law. The MCA has a number of compliances that are to be mandatorily followed by entities.
Non-compliance with these rules and regulation may result in imposing of heavy penalties by the government for the entities in India. The ROC filing shall be done annually or at the time of occurrence of certain events. It is important for the companies and LLPs to file all the important ROC filing forms within the specified due dates. The companies and LLPs which fail to comply with the ROC filings may have to pay a heavy penalty. Thus, it is important for the companies and LLPs should keep in mind the due dates for ROC compliances (ROC Annual Filing) to be followed annually and on the occurrence of any events.

It is important for the companies to make a note of all these due dates for ROC Annual filing falling in the year 2021-22. However, the above mentioned dates are subject to change and extension as and when notified by the concerned department of the Government.
