PUBLIC NOTICE
Subject: Extension of the validity of registration certificates issued Under The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 expiring/ expired during the period between 29th September, 2020 and 30th September, 2021 up to 30th September, 2021.
1. This is in continuation of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Public Notice F. No. 11/21022/23(22)/2020-FCRA-II dated 12.01.2021 regarding Extension of the validity of registration certificates issued under The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 expiring/ expired during the period between 29th September, 2020 and 31′ May, 2021 up to 31st May, 2021.
2. Keeping in view the exigencies arising out of COVID-19 situation and to ensure smooth transition to the amended FCRA regime, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the FCRA, 2010 has further decided that the registration certificates expiring / expired during the period between 29th September, 2020 and up to 30th September, 2021 shall remain valid up to 30th September, 2021.
3. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
4. All entities concerned may take note of the above decision and take further appropriate action.
