Recently High Cour Rajasthan has Adjourned the matter in which court was functioning through vedio conference. The reason being a learner council was wearing Baniyan during conference call

The Court said even in video conferencing a decorum should be maintained. The Advocate Act requires lawyer to wear uniform while pleading case for client. As the petitioner council was not in Uniform the Matter was Adjourned
