How to get online Title Clearance Documents and Occupancy Certificate for Buildings in Mumbai

Buying a new property from Builder ? Now you can check all Documents the builder has submitted to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai online. The Following are the List of Documents you can get online

Steps to check the documents online

The document briefs about the steps to be followed for search and find out details against each process/ proposal which is submitting in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM)

• Go to the MCGM portal, click here where Auto DCR direct link is provided.
• Click on Citizen Search for Citizen

• Click on Citizen Search
• In citizens search window insert the details of the file which you are looking for. Such as,
  1. File No.
  2. Name of Applicant
  3. Name of Architect/L.S.
  4. Zone Name
  5. Ward Name
  6. Plot No, CTS No, Village, Road etc.

Citizen can see current file stage with zone ward details. If citizen want to see all attached documents drawing and process details then need to click on File no/ Temporary no.

• After filling the details click on search.
• Now click on ‘+’ sign in line to documents
• After clicking on ‘+’ sign, citizens will get the Mandatory documents & Conditional Mandatory Documents.

• After selecting file as per mentioned above, click on view drawing PDF to view the concern drawing and click on document to see attached document.
• If citizen want to see building details then need to click on building details.

• If citizen want to see survey/ scrutiny/IOD process flow then click on details.

• If process has been approved then citizen can download certificate from certificate icon.
