Though professional are working from Home, it is matter of decorum that each one should follow basic etiquette while working from home
Recently High Cour Rajasthan has Adjourned the matter in which court was functioning through vedio conference. The reason being a learner council was wearing Baniyan during conference call
The Court said even in video conferencing a decorum should be maintained. The Advocate Act requires lawyer to wear uniform while pleading case for client. As the petitioner council was not in Uniform the Matter was Adjourned
