Scheme for Organised Sector
Government will pay EPF contribution for employer and employee for 3 months. For those establishments which have up to 100 employees and 90% employees earn less than Rs 15,000 pm
Workers to be allowed to draw non-refundable advance of 75% from credit in PF a/c or 3 months salary, whichever is lower
EPFO Regulation amended to all non refundable advance up to the limit of 75% or 3 months wages whichever is lower will benefit 4.8 crore workers
