Today In the matter of Hardik Pravinkumar Shah V/s UOI in SCA/648/2021, Dr Avinash Poddar, Advocate along with Nipun Singhvi & Vishal Dave appeared before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court and for AIGFTC V/s UOI in SCA-No.13653 of 2020 Sr. Advocate Saurabh Soparkar along with Advocate B S Soparkar appeared and argued and the Court issued order today and rejected both writ petition stating that we leave it to the discretion of CBDT and advice them to issue proper order not to levy any penalty u/s 271B
